Motovation's owner and head instructor, Richard Schmidt, has offered instruction since 1993 and has provided his services to over 10,000 students at many tracks within 32 states. Motovation is currently offering services out of the ever so famous Raceway Park, in Englishtown, NJ and will soon have another dedicated training facility to expand instruction in Williamstown, NJ.
