Motovation is headed up by Richard Schmidt,
#775 (shown above). Rich is the Raceway Park MX Track Manager, a New Jersey State Certified Teacher, motocross instructor since 1993,
professional racer since 1994, a certified MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation)
Instructor, and also the "Motocross Professional" to the NJ State Police.
For seven years Rich served as the head instructor for the Tony D Motocross
Schools and trained over 6,000 students. He has been involved with motocross
since the mid 80's and currently offers MX instruction to all in the form of private and semi-private lessons, as well as full day MX schools.
In 2007, after a few years of training,
Motovation added another instructor to
the
lineup. Ronnie Stewart, #313 (shown on
right), has since been teaching Private Lessons
for Motovation. When not on the track doing lessons, Ronnie can be found at the front of the pack in the 250
and Open Pro
Classes. He has been racing for 12 years and comes from a diehard racing
family. His 2009 career highlight include:
Competed in all 11 rounds of the AMA
Arenacross Series. Earned the points necessary for a professional Supercross and
Motocross License. Qualified for 5 out of the 7 rounds in the Lucas Oil Outdoor
Pro Nationals. Earned 2 national points with a 19th finish in moto 2
at the Unadilla national in the Premier (450) class. And ocally holds 18
Pro/Expert top 5 finishes with 4 overall wins.
Motovation's instructor's offer instruction to
anyone interested in becoming a better, safer, and faster rider. Young and old,
boys and girls, men and women, father and son, husband and wife, motocrossers
and woods riders, the list goes on!!!

and techniques of starting, braking, cornering, jumping, passing, whoops, bike
set-up, physical and mental training, and more.
